The Human Needs Council (HNC) is a non-profit organization under the Drumright Ministerial Alliance that primarily assists individuals and families with utilities, rent, and non-narcotic medications in the Drumright, Shamrock, and Olive area. When the slow economy, high utility bills or other hardships leave people feeling desperate, the HNC is compassionate resource. They use accountability, stewardship, and confidentiality to minister in our community.
